To be honest i am glad the union has got some kind of agreement everything royal mail wanted was happening anyway it gives me twelve months to find a more suitable job if i so choose,by voting no in my opinion will change nothing except more strikes don't get me wrong i think the agreement is terrible but i will be voting for it if the union are telling me that is the best deal they could get so be it.

The annualised hours and flexibility agreement is an absolute mess and will only be abused by managers ,this part of the agreement will be an absolute nightmare to work with not just for bosses but posties too ,does mail centre workers have the 30 min flexi too,this part alone is worth a big fat NO VOTE !!!!!, it never worked in 2007 ,CWU what the hell are you playing at agreeing to this .

Let down by Union leaders who are completely out of their depth. Dave Ward should resign and go back to his old postal round and we should get someone else in charge of the CWU with a bit of intelligence and who is able to get to the f**king point without going round all the houses waffling on like he does on CWU live getting us absolutely nowhere.
Just look at the CWU's performance and ask yourself what other Union have cocked up on the ballots or have been forced to cancel strikes?? The Union has become an embarrassment to all other Unions and this deal is an absolute shocker. It makes you wonder if both Dave and Andy took a bung from Royal Mail to push out this deal to the members because it's a sell-out deal, make no mistake about it.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

They haven’t even explained how the 30 min flex would work because they are not trialling it until July , will it be optional or not ?
