Sounds like it, the gist of it is asking members for questions about the pay and change proposals with the CWU following last week. Should be posting a video later this week about it apparently.

As far as I can see the changes are costing them more in casual staff to cover the unmanageable workload... But I suppose they can only call them in once or twice a week, and don't need to pay them sick pay

I think you'll find it's lipstick and tights on a warthog - any which way you'd be mad to succumb to temptation.

Maybe they own them or have shares in them? More Than than one agency though!

Give the union some credit, they did make RM budge on their supposed "final offer". The Union have made a few mistakes but in general they've done more good than bad.

I suppose they did.move a bit.
We got an even worse deal than that what was offered at Christmas.

There's no good resolution for us in this dispute.

Whatever gets dished up to us won't be the end of it all. They'll get what they want soon enough, be it this year or next year.

I thought RM had walked away from discussing that offer assuming it's the one they published last week? Why don't they just discuss whatever their final offer is and get the CWU to allow a vote on it so we can decide if it's acceptable or not? I sense most members just want to settle this dispute and move on with their lives.

Your not going to move on with your life if it’s a shocking deal and gets voted down by the members, you will be back to square 1 .

Everybody knows more or less knows the likely offer, it's not like the CWU/RM are suddenly going to hit us with an offer we weren't expecting.

The pay rise has got worse and not backdated,the sick pay changes hasn't been taken off the table ,the later starts are still coming all be it next year,no revisions will be reversed and all the reps are still suspended,im struggling to see what i pay my subs for ,its not great value for money.
