And name calling is fine, but it also the number one reason enjoy people self harm and often try to take their own life.
That's a huge leap mate and I expect you've just thrown it in for dramatic effect.
I'd need to see the working I'm afraid.
You don’t think that some people might be bothered about being ignored at work and name called? Mental health awareness week is something you should take notice of next time.

Do you think that you crossing the picket line may cause your colleagues mental anxiety? Do you think you gloating about it on here does?

Think about that a little, don't just type more word soup.

Going in to work is not the same as name calling.
Name calling is intentionally directing insults at someone.
Going to work isn’t.

Your argument is like saying people who go on aeroplanes are nasty because they may cause anxiety to climate activists.

And I’ll gloat when I’m responding to drivel.

Do you not think the 10k of roofing repairs your 'workmates' who are crossing the picket line are causing them mental anxiety? Would you prefer them to let the house crumble around them and rack up masses of debt instead of working to keep their families safe?

Would you and those on strike have a wip round for someone in that situation when all this is done? Would the union provide a 10k intrest free loan for someone in that situation?

I always assume that managers know who you are even on here, so why you’d be silly enough to post inflammatory comments in your OWN NAME, I don’t know. We each have our personal opinions about the people we work with, but you have to keep them to yourself in this day and age.
If flithybloke isn't lying about those unique incidents in his office of racist, wife beating & druggie colleague's then it wouldn't be hard for them to identify him. I'm guessing he said all of that for dramatic effect though :cuppa

But that’s the other thing about you Childish Union Ninnyhammer Types. You automatically think anyone with a different opinion to you is either a manager, a troll or simply making it up.

Didn't say you did something wrong. Your painting the staff at your office a certain way though, which makes it hard to believe you have friends there. Are they strike breaking with you?

Postslipete was right. Hard to imagine them buying you a pint when you've been strike breaking 🤣 That was a good joke flithy, I'd give you that 😂

If you were aware of the problems name-calling etc can cause, why would you call out unsubstantiated "paedo" insults in a public place?
Some have committed suicide over such allegations.

Knows what he is? Does he care? Does he feel shame? I doubt it. I certainly don’t. Don’t presume this ‘invisible’ man is feeling down. He probably doesn’t give a damn.
Not bothered if you cross the picket line or not. Just curious, aren't you bothered about the lies & greed Thompson & the board have been been exposed with lately?

He literally said they wasn't prioritising packet's over letter's. If you work as a postman, you know that's a blatant lie.

They also got exposed on criteria used for how they receive bonuses. Changed the criteria from company performance (standard across most companies) to value shareholders receive & he squirmed while answering that question which highlights he knew he was wrong.

There's other questions he squirmed over aswell but if you can take side's with them over that then nothing much to say :hmmmm
Yeah he’s been caught out. He’s not a nice guy. ST should go.
I don’t see it as taking sides as such as the only side I’m taking is my own.
I’m not a member of the CWU and all I’m going to do is look after my own interests.
If the job no longer becomes suitable for me I will look for one that is.
After all that, you are not a union member?!

So you are basically going into work on strike days because otherwise you will be sacked for not turning up.

That’s not the same as a union member crossing the picket line and going into work.
Why would he be sacked for striking he has as much right to strike as a union member has.
That wasn’t the point Aiden. Point is, if he isn’t a union member he’s not obligated to strike in the same way that a member is.
Sorry since when is a union member obligated to strike?? You also said he would be sacked if he went on strike was just pointing out he won't be.

You can’t keep away from me can you Aiden.

The amount of bullying going on on a different thread demonstrates that union members are indeed under an obligation to strike or face being forever tarnished by those doing the bullying.

You can be sacked for striking when not a member of a union that has voted to strike. It’s not simply a straightforward right to strike and face no consequences. There are rules attached. So you should only strike if you are prepared to face any consequences.

You can, but you can't be as an individual. They would have to sack everyone who was striking not just the individual.

If non-union members go on strike, they are protected from dismissal and have the same rights as union members, as long as the industrial action is lawful.
