Any suggestions for what has already passed would be pointless. There was no way either side was going to be happy with any agreement, so it seems the CWU got played, thus giving RM the green light to move on. I genuinely think that there was no way CWU could have won this. They would have had to try to get the membership to accept proposals that were very unpopular because RM were never going to move.

The union has still postponed it coming in for the past decade remember Rico etc they have had a good run.

Reading through this thread and watching the vid, my gut feeling is that the later starts will get brought in within the next month, within the next two, tops. I can't see how the CWU can stop it from happening anymore
