I don’t have a problem with people trying to better themselves and become managers but don’t forget your really a opg and might have to return to uniform one day

They won't attend on a Saturday for £150 in vouchers, they will attend because their hierarchy requests that they do, just as they've done on every other postie strike going back decades.
The voucher is a small remuneration for a weekend attendance.
Postie and admin managers always attend on strike days and clearly it's not seen as "strike breaking" as they're in a different union (using that term loosely) and of different grades.

What I cant understand is why arn't more delivery office managers more on our side (so to speak)? Our managers are cool about us striking and seem to understand. I know this first pool of strikes are regarding pay but as regards to working conditions (late finishes) it will affect the managers too as they will also need to be around on sundays, late afternoons etc just like we are.
