the CWU's objective is to obtain the best deal they can muster up on our behalf yes?
if we were allowed legally to do our minimum as per contract, no more no less then not a single person loses any contacted hours income
now if some actually rely on unplanned random income, then that's a different argument that bares no relevance to any current dispute.
all i'm saying is that we should be able to do our bare minimum at all times which will hit RM harder than us all losing money, but this requires a ballot to which uncle terry won't do because he knows it will be a very close call, folk at ours ft & pt still doing 70/80 hrs so absolutely zero effect when those are losing 100s on strike days
how hard is it to understand that a legal balloted overtime will lose it's members ABSOLUTLEY ZERO basic PAY apart from those that are living beyond their means reliant on overtime even before the dispute...all our bills go up the same regardless"
What about part timers who rely on over time?
Would they be banned from overtime too?
Some people need to give their heads a serious wobble !
