^^ Surely it would be better to tell those who wish to wear a black effin armband to work to go buy one themselves
It is all virtue signalling bandwagon bollocks - professional mass mourning in the extreme - let's all jump on the bandwagon
It will look good on our social media accounts
I note no one has given a serious answer to my question whether they wear a black armband to work when members of their own family pass away
No, but nobody's asked/forced me to wear one on this occasion either and I'm not going to. It's a person's individual choice so
it's not bothering me either way - apart from what other people have raised about it i.e the cost when RM are apparently penniless!
The question is being asked of those who are wearing one
Why are they being asked? No need, they can do what they want as long as they don't try and force me to wear one.
When my employer is spending money for them whilst pleading poverty, I have the right to ask questions why they are needed

If people want to wear them ( whilst never wearing one for members of their own family ) then they should be buying them with their own money
Agree with you re the expense but it's no good asking the people who have taken up RM's
offer, they didn't spend the money, ask Simon on the costly Workplace app why they've spent money on a virtue signalling
exercise. It's as bad as shops putting a poster in the window expressing their sympathies.

Maybe Simon's hoping they cut off our circulation and we lose an arm. Not many one armed postmen/women about.

This is as ludicrous as Morrison's turning down the volume of till beeps "out of respect". Absolutely hilarious both 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I can't believe some people on here are even lapping it up. You serfs clearly know thy place.

Our COM didn't even bother offering them out, just asked the few very vocal royalists if they want one and left the rest of us alone.

Yep, exactly this.

Unbelievable scenes in this day and age.
Sooner or later, a beat dog bites.
