Not where I am!

We've had the extra staff, but some of them haven't got much clue and end up bringing mail back.
A lot of the contracted staff are demoralised and no longer want to do OT to even clear their own walk, so bring mail back or don't take it out at all.

Days & days of mail, parcels and tracked items left unsorted and undelivered, including covid test kits.
Cut offs sitting in Yorks untouched for days on end, including tracked & covid test kits.

Sunday parcel OT available, but only a handful of volunteers due to low hourly rate.

Coatbridge DOM

After a challenging couple of weeks, Coatbridge is finally finding its feet again after a COVID outbreak. My team have worked round the clock to process and deliver an astronomical amount of mail. Their efforts haven’t gone unnoticed after receiving excellent feedback from the local MP.
It’s now time to focus on peak and deliver the best Christmas for all of our customers. My rural seasonal post box is already in the Christmas spirit.

I thought we we weren't "Allowed" to take photos of Royal Mail premises and publish them on social media! :whistle

Or does that just apply to when it's photos of piles of mail sitting in a DO? :cuppa

Nick 'Clear the office as well bud' Landon, would have got permission from Simon 'Say cheese-but make sure the background looks good-you hid the packets right?' Thompson's permission, who would have got permission off of Keith 'I'm glad they haven't contacted me for a quote' Williams, for the selfie via Jenny 'Unfortunately' Hall : Director Corporate Affairs.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Could not be any prouder of my team for what they have achieved in the last few weeks as we resume to a normal level of customer service. It’s now time for my first Christmas in the business and I can’t wait!

Blah Blah Blah.....
How come the office still gets an honourable mention in the daily service update?
No frames in my office look like that.

If they zoomed in on the frames I'm sure we'd probably see new labels on them - it really is as simple as that you know!

I wonder how this is being reported in the Courier, I bet it’s nothing like it is on this thread.
