It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Today was interesting...

Arrived to find my manager had tied up all the loops, and put them into trays. 2 days of mail on every loop and told me to take it out with another walk and a new starter (which also had double mail)

Massive bundles, barely able to pick them up. Used one piddling elastic band to tie them together. The mail was badly missorted and tied up wrongly, (as in the fitting is old and not how the walk is done anymore)

Found all this out after I had gone on delivery, and spent 5 minutes each loop re-sorting it for both me and my new starter. Some bundles where misplaced in wrong trays... which I didn't realise till we had moved on

I finished on my time and brought back some mail, the manager jumps on me straight away asking why I didn't complete and tells me to throw the loops back in because I was 2 minutes late In the morning.

What the actual f**k is going on with this s**t company!?

Seriously hit a new low today

Another day, another manager.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Just to explain, that song (Bring it Back) was being sung all over our office today. Gallows humour. Absolute carnage, the amount of stuff not getting delivered.

Yer right though, lost the effing plot ages ago working for this shower!
