Pathway to change. 2.7 Pay

Post by Harryg7 »

In the agreement it states the following line under the pay section--

Additionally, the parties will work together to develop incentive schemes that can be
implemented during 2021/22 that will reward tangible revenue growth e.g. doorstep
parcel collection.

I have heard nothing regarding this and wondered if anybody could shed any light ?
Thanks

There is always a commitment to look at incentive payments.
They never materialise.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

How about they give us 50p for every parcel we collect from customers? That would be £15 in the last week for me

Cannot remember how long ago but they introduced some form of bonus scheme that after a couple of weeks people realised wasn't achievable so stopped trying to meet the target needed and it faded away. Cannot remember what it was called either but I think Leighton was in charge at the time.

Is that complaints against you by customers or you not complaining about something to a manager?
