We had 9 new starters, this week is the start of their 3rd week, now all fully trained :chuckle 3 have quit, the lad who I had yesterday did not bother coming in today, the other 5 all told "Take today off as your day off" off by the DOM, old habits eh?

Had a new lad with me yesterday on his third day after two days training, manager said “Don’t worry he’s dead fast” 🤯

Think I've been lucky at my depot

My poor workplace coach really did earn his money. Anything I did wrong he got blamed for

Even now, & I've been there over 7 months, if I say or do something stupid I'll get asked who trained u? I tell them & they say that explains it

He really gets some stick it's all done & taken in good fun though

I had a really good time when I was training

I got taught all the important things like the best spots to hide when ur killing time & which door is best 2 use when u get back so the management don't c u & send u back out
🤣🤣🤣sounds like a good lad

Yeah that's the stock answer to make sure that you don't leave any work in the office and take everything out with you
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
