You won't be able to do it through a Freedom of Information act request as they are refusing any since 16 Oct. You may be able to get your MP to ask a question in the HoC, or in a committee. Beyond that I have no idea.

So if they can just refuse what they like through a Freedom of Information act request. Whats the point of the Freedom of Information act?

The Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) only applies to public bodies. As soon as Royal Mail was privatised, they ceased to have any obligation to respond to FOIA requests

The Health and Safety department at the CWU has been involved in a Mental Health in the Workplace project with the employers for several years now.

They may have the figures you are after although they may not be allowed to divulge them depending on the business position and your reasons for requiring them.
You can only ask....

To contact the department: djoyce@cwu.org.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Would it possible to ask for FOI for details prior to privatisation. It should already be a matter of public record

Best way to reduce stress is to put it back on to the Managers, I turned from stressed to not giving a fvck by doing just that :Very Happy

Different Legislation for that - Its the Data Protection Act - and it covers all Data not just digital or computerised data.
