I love it when people used to say to me "The customer is always right!". No, the customer is always the customer, they're usually as far as you can get from being right though!

I used to work in a call centre for an emergency breakdown company and some of the people that used to phone up... I often wondered how they actually got out of the house without hurting themselves never mind driven a car somewhere.
