Yup! I'd read what the program was actually about rather than assuming that Royal Mail deliver every item in the UK. There are some people who will watch the program and still believe it's about Royal Mail.
No security for bikes or paniers and them being left for an hour or more

I used to work in a call centre for an emergency breakdown company and some of the people that used to phone up... I often wondered how they actually got out of the house without hurting themselves never mind driven a car somewhere. "May I take the registration number of the vehicle please?" 'How do I find that?'
