So far Royal Mail not featured at at all and dont think it will at all.

UK Mail in first half (and at that just one depot). Looks like second half to focus on TNT end to end delivery.
Yup! I'd read what the program was actually about rather than assuming that Royal Mail deliver every item in the UK. There are some people who will watch the program and still believe it's about Royal Mail.

Aye :-/

I love it when people used to say to me "The customer is always right!". No, the customer is always the customer, they're usually as far as you can get from being right though!

haha :Applause

I used to work in a call centre for an emergency breakdown company and some of the people that used to phone up... I often wondered how they actually got out of the house without hurting themselves never mind driven a car somewhere. :arrrghhh "May I take the registration number of the vehicle please?" 'How do I find that?' "Well, it's usually on the number plates and the tax disc..." 'Oh right, I'll go have a look'. And spelling phoenetically... "Could you spell that for me please?" 'Yes, K for car wash... Q for cucumber'

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
