We warned the public. They called us Militant lefties.

We will warn the public again, they'll call us militant lefties again.

What more can we do.

Edit:
Also if you could read the other responses to your previous posts perhaps we could start on the right footing this time.

Okay - what else do you want me to say - as we've said to you before its pointless posting on here if you want to make a complaint we are an UNOFFICIAL Site. If you want advice then please ask a question instead of making pointless comments.

If you want to make pointless comments then this forum isn't the place to do it.

So do we.

its torturous I agree - ask for the security desk next time - they might put you through.

They do - and they prosecute them. Some get imprisoned.

Still no question though.

most get slapped on wrist where as all the parcels they steal often get destroyed leaving people like me out of pocket thankfull alot of companys are no longer using royal fail to deliver as couriers can deliver. what was the point in hikeing prices on parcels and not delivering them

The percentage of items that are lost/stolen/damaged whilst in the care of Royal Mail is lower than 1%. Lower than 0.1% actually. Lower than 0.01% if we want to be really pedantic. And that includes items that people 'claim' they have posted and are actually just trying to scam Royal Mail as they're an easy target. I bet not many work places can claim the same percentages for their staff stealing items from the company (and I include things like using office supplies for own use etc).

Just because you happen to have had a bad experience, it doesn't mean the whole system is rotten. Just like postal workers don't think that everyone they deliver to are morons who spend time posting abuse on an unofficial forum designed for people to come and ask for help and advice from Royal Mail workers (who provide this service in their own time incidentally).

So, once again, unless you have a question that we can actually help you with, which we'd be glad to, I suggest you contact Royal Mail themselves and direct your remarks to them instead. If you have cause for complaint, they will investigate it (yes, they will).

Yes, you do that... make sure you remember the difference between UK Mail, TNT and Royal Mail though.

yes they do and we complain about that on here as well.
lincskevin wrote:where as all the parcels they steal often get destroyed
No they don't unless the intended recipients address can't be identified - and thats rare
lincskevin wrote:leaving people like me out of pocket
there is a claims procedure - you can even print out a claim form on line http://www.royalmail.com/sites/default/ ... 12_0_0.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
lincskevin wrote: thankfull alot of companys are no longer using royal fail to deliver as couriers can deliver.
and they suffer the same problems we do - haven't you seen the stories about Yodel, and you'll be watching the dispatches program tonight - thats TNT and UKMail.
lincskevin wrote:what was the point in hikeing prices on parcels and not delivering them
Well a question at last - and guess what we are asking the same thing. http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... se#p560659" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... se#p558043" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So far Royal Mail not featured at at all and dont think it will at all.

UK Mail in first half (and at that just one depot). Looks like second half to focus on TNT end to end delivery.

Yup! I'd read what the program was actually about rather than assuming that Royal Mail deliver every item in the UK. There are some people who will watch the program and still believe it's about Royal Mail.
