Hello guys, i am wondering if any of you can help out here. this is my situation.
Me and my friend have recently bought a few things together, i have relieved the parts i bought to my address, and he bought and paid for the other items, he meant to put m address, but by accident used his default, he is away for 2 weeks, and the parcel is at the Depot. now he is more than happy for me to pick it up, and i am wondering if the following info is ok.
i have a picture of him with his debit card and national insurance card with some paper saying, "i give permission to stefan lenga to pick up my parcel,
i also have the order invoice from the website
and i can say exactly what is in there and its exact price,
if i show this to the man on duty, will that be enough to pick up the item
Many thanks for any help!

Moved to customer forum and deleted the other 3 threads that were the same.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Help Needed
As long as you have his bank car, the red undelivered card and proof of your own identity ie passport or bank card you will be able to pick it up
