The point i was making is that RM invented another failing busines plan just to stop the CS payment this year
then next year they will do the same--FRAUD.

RM is guilty of THEFT and an investigation should be carried out by the CWU or a Police Authority.

Sod the secret act RM shaft us lets shaft them :left:
Trust Royal Mail? God help us all.....

Somewhat ironic that the "pie eater" couldn't foresee pie in the sky!

i remember when colleague shares first appeared on my doorstep the information stated that the first opportunity to sell them would be 2011 the last opportunity would be 2012, if they are still worth nothing in 2012 then i will be upset until then what can we do apart from whistle for the money were owed.

You are more willing to strike over a scam which always had the chance of not paying out, and was always a bung in my opinion to introduce changes to and worsen our working conditions, and which Royal Mail always said
but remember they can go down in value as well as up!
ftp://ftp.royalmail.com/Downloads/publi ... ochure.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; than to try and get RM to keep their word over Job Losses.

Ah well we may disagree why we are going to strike but if there is democratic support for a strike I hope everyone will do so, no matter the underlying reason.
The fact that we know Royal Mail are devious and dishonest does not mean we should just lie back and accept it when they shaft us.As I see it the Colleagueshare robbery shoulkd have been the final straw. We have been lied to, cheated, deceived and bullied and being subjected to daylight robbery should have been the trigger for our union to do something. All the other issues are quite hard to prove and vary from office to office. The Colleagueshare theft affects us all and is not an issue that RM can deny is real.

It only affects those that have been in the job a few years - not everyone.
Being pro rata it affects some a lot more than others.
How much would people be prepared to lose out on strike to recoup the possible £600 (and less) they didn't get?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Anyone else think that RM will come up with a measly offer in the next few weeks for this years CS?

My crystal ball says.
As a goodwill gesture we have decided to reward our loyal employees with £200 each, even though mails down and we're skint and everything
