This company is absolutely on its knees ,making a simple job so complicated with all these crap idea's and changes .
Any advice please on best way to finish on time .

What's the betting the manager knows full well what he's doing and as soon as you tell him you can't cope will just relocate the new builds to another duty and, assuming you've been claiming OT, will pay somebody else that instead, or will have to start paying OT if you haven't been claiming it.
