Getting hounded every other day about going on my

Viewing My Doorstep is entirely voluntary and it states as much in the agreement between RM & the CWU. Also in the same paragraph of the agreement, it states that it would be introduced as a trial and our feedback sought. I still haven’t found the feedback form on the app.

My Doorstep/My Performance can also not be used in conduct situations. The information it collects is not accurate enough and can easily be disputed.

So if you do not want to look at the thing, just don’t do it. They do give up asking after a while.
We were told last week we have to do it daily and a conduct can arise if not, the manager said even though the union put in a disagreement the new agreement was Royal Mail can use the latest tech and this is part of that tech.. prob just our manager talking crap..
Manager is talking out of their backside. It can’t be used for conduct. In fact, a brand new update of the agreement with PF, repeats that the data gathered can’t be used for conduct, so the notion that you could be set on the conduct route for not LOOKING AT IT is nonsense.
’You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.’

With respect, I suspect you may be the one talking from your backside. Can you please provide a link for this brand new update with Parcelforce that you are aware of?

Don’t you in fact mean RMPFS? (RMPFS vans are only monitored for excessive speed, not for Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, Idling etc — see(viewtopic.php?f=49&t=115545.)

You’ve only worked at RM for five minutes so rein your neck in. If you as a non union member, want to let yourself be disciplined over some nonsense on your My Doorstep/Performance, go right ahead.

How far do you go in your righteous quest to be as awkward as possible during paid work hours though? Do you also refuse to scan barcodes in of a morning, or refuse to go sorting? Neither of those are mentioned in the agreement. Why people can’t just do this simple task is beyond me. You are being asked to spend 10 seconds of your day clicking an app on your scanner, not being asked to clean the shithouse. All of the problems we have ahead of us and people keep getting het up over inconsequential nonsense like this.

Where is the link to this brand new Parcelforce agreement that only you know all about, Barnacle?

Or — and just admit it, please — were you wrong about there being a brand new update with Parcelforce?!?! Stop acting like you know everything and giving wrong advice to your colleagues as a result!

PS: If I am disciplined, I will at least know which policy I am in breach of!

1. You’re misquoting me.
2. I am privy to information you are not.
3. Just because you don’t know something doesn’t make it untrue.

Have a fabulous evening.

I remember the CWU's initial stance towards the use of PDA data and myperformance and there was a national agreement by both RM and the CWU covering the use of PDA outdoor actuals with an emphasis that it wasn't being introduced or used for individual performance management nor used as a disciplinary tool when it was first deployed.

As for the myperformance app, and it is from a few years ago - unagreed extension of myperformance app

https://cwue5.org/2023/10/13/unagreed-e ... mance-app/

Branches, representatives and members are advised that such a large scale extension of myperformance is not agreed by the CWU
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

At least they don’t have 2 previously banned accounts on here unlike yourself Bounced-Czech (aka CarryingMgmnt)

You need to start targeting other posters with your new accounts. 😂 Also maybe change your posting style. And emoji usage.
