proof of postage for ebay booked collections?

I am currently clearing out a lot of surplus items as a private seller on ebay.
I buy RM postage on ebay usually tracked 48/24, booked for collection the next day.
I am not a business customer with RM
I don't the option to have the label brought with the collection postman.
They don't bring a receipt.
i have had parcels get lost/delayed in the system, sit at local DO for a 48 hours before being scanned.
Not happy.

What can I do to get proof of collection?

I really don't need the stress of wondering when my parcels will shw as collected, and it would be nice for my customers to see the items tracking asap.

I presume the app will not be of use as I am buying labels through ebay?

Any suggestions?

No. But if an item is lost and I don't have any proof its been collected, I cannot claim...
I get POP at the PO. Don't think its unreasoble to expect the same for a collection.

Sporadically. Not for every parcel.
And not for ones there are issues with, conveniently.

Handover the parcels directly to the postie and make sure that they scan the label in your presence? Hopefully you should then get a text or email confirming the parcel has been collected.

Our posties are generally good. The do scan. they don't always show and if they do it can be 24 hours or more. I get say half through as emails.

No. they are scanning.

Nothing wrong with my printing.

Just shite RM system and our local DO manager.
