Been asked to ask customers for feedback.

Post by TOWER1 »

As per title.
Same customers who ask me where their mail is..
General consensus.... embarrassing and not appropriate to ask.... won't be priority when struggling with 4/5 days mail and Amazon Prime deluge of parcels and walk frames so rammed, unable to put more letters in.
Anyone else been encouraged to do this?

If they're asking then it must be. The only things they care about are linked to it. f**k the mail but make sure you're checking my doorstep and switching off the van in traffic jams.

I saw a set of stickers being printed out that said:
RATE YOUR POSTIE

Please leave us some feeback on your confirmation email!
I presume they're supposed to be slapped on packets. I have no intention of asking customers to SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON AND REMEMBER TO SUBSCRIBE TO ROYAL MAIL ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, X, MYSPACE AND BEBO!
The machine stops.

It's positive feedback on Amazon parcels they want.

Not a cat in hell’s chance I would ever ask for feedback.

So in theory one could fill in the above with their own details, get loads of good feedback and then get free chocolate for being postpeople of the week?

If all you need is the tracking number, I’m sure I’ve seen a lot of those somewhere.

Option is already there for the customer and why ask them for feedback which at some point is bound to be negative and then you can have a hand in your own conduct 👍talk about turkeys voting for Xmas
