Been asked to ask customers for feedback.

Same customers who ask me where their mail is..
General consensus.... embarrassing and not appropriate to ask.... won't be priority when struggling with 4/5 days mail and Amazon Prime deluge of parcels and walk frames so rammed, unable to put more letters in.
Anyone else been encouraged to do this?

Totally embarrassing.we have been asked weekly by management to ask people to rate their postie.i will certainly not be doing this.i come in to do my job to the best of my ability and I don't need rating for it.

Option is already there for the customer and why ask them for feedback which at some point is bound to be negative and then you can have a hand in your own conduct talk about turkeys voting for Xmas
