Later starts and breaks

Any one else had the boss suggested you take 20 minutes of your break as soon as you go in ? .

So basically start 20 mins later than the new later start times/new summer hours starting tomorrow? At this rate it won't be long before all FT posties are soon working 9 til 5.

And then the ones who aren't far off the 9-5 as things stand will be 11-7.

Yeah .Hes so scared the work is gonna be done so late that we all cut off so he wants us to take the break before the mail arrives lol

No.We are the end of the line clash and so I suspect he is crapping himself we will all come in and no mail has arrived yet . He doesn’t want to risk us twiddling our thumbs and then later saying ok we’re off for our break lol

Next week when summer times start we've got three days under 7hrs attendance so only 30 mins break allowance, mind you it's pretty unlikely to be able to complete within time on those days especially with all the election shite for the next two weeks.

So your 2 hour reduction per week has been wangled down to an hour and a half, doesn't seem fair does it??

It was the same last summer, although with the later starts combine with the summer hours it's totally confusing what hours we're now supposed to be working.
