You will believe what you want and come to your own conclusions. My vague awareness of the term IB doesn’t belie any greater knowledge or experience — I know about it only because I had a tour of the supposedly disused “viewing platform” at one of the DOs I temped at.

It's been about 8 years since I've seen anyone but they definitely used to patrol, I've encountered them probably 6 times, you'd see them trying the van doors to check if they're locked or if any mail is on show in the front, then when you're back at the van they'd show id and ask for mine.
