To all those offices that did clear and get bonuses there's a good chance you'll be getting hours taken out. If you can clear at peak then you're obviously over resourced!

They will still have the same finish time. If they can work it out considering how confusing that is now.funkflex55 wrote: ↑31 Jan 2024, 23:11You can see the payslips on the people app.

Whilst you are technically correct it comes with more than just that. The added pressure, suspicion, B&H from management and general malaise that enters the office makes for a very toxic atmosphere. It's not a nice feeling constantly walking into double/triple mail and having to have daily conversations with your boss as to why you cant complete. You go from an office that used to function to just chaos all the time. It's not very nice at all.LouBarlow wrote: ↑01 Feb 2024, 05:38They will still have the same finish time. If you’re paid monthly you should’ve been given the bonus last weekwandle wrote: ↑01 Feb 2024, 12:35Nothing in this week’s payslip but…
We’ve been informed payroll is closing early this week, and any overtime done this weekend won’t be paid until February 16th. Other than on Bank Holiday weeks, they only normally do this if an exceptional payment such as backpay or a bonus is being processed?
That's what I thought, had we been flooded with agency and vans to do a load of the parcels we would have cleared and got the bonus as opposed to getting absolutely f**k all, it would have cost RM a small fortune though in agency pay, vans and the bonus of course, perhaps it was a bit of a carrot dangled to entice some to work until they drop but usual crap RM planning they did spend s**t loads on some offices.HTPostman wrote: ↑01 Feb 2024, 12:14And if the office only cleared during ‘peak’ because thousands of hours were spent on overtime?funkflex55 wrote: ↑31 Jan 2024, 23:11
