How do you guys know how much you’re getting?
Our manager hasn’t briefed us and claims not to know if we’re getting anything?
You can see the payslips on the people app.

To all those offices that did clear and get bonuses there's a good chance you'll be getting hours taken out. If you can clear at peak then you're obviously over resourced! :cool

They will still have the same finish time. If they can work it out considering how confusing that is now.

Whilst you are technically correct it comes with more than just that. The added pressure, suspicion, B&H from management and general malaise that enters the office makes for a very toxic atmosphere. It's not a nice feeling constantly walking into double/triple mail and having to have daily conversations with your boss as to why you cant complete. You go from an office that used to function to just chaos all the time. It's not very nice at all.

And if the office only cleared during because thousands of hours were spent on overtime?
Exactly this.

Nothing in this week’s payslip but…
We’ve been informed payroll is closing early this week, and any overtime done this weekend won’t be paid until February 16th. Other than on Bank Holiday weeks, they only normally do this if an exceptional payment such as backpay or a bonus is being processed?

If you’re paid monthly you should’ve been given the bonus last week
Weekly - paid this week
So looks like you’re not getting it :thumbdown

That's what I thought, had we been flooded with agency and vans to do a load of the parcels we would have cleared and got the bonus as opposed to getting absolutely f**k all, it would have cost RM a small fortune though in agency pay, vans and the bonus of course, perhaps it was a bit of a carrot dangled to entice some to work until they drop but usual crap RM planning they did spend s**t loads on some offices.

Our wee sub with just the 7 duties cleared everyday and even i worked over, tho i must admit i did it purely to prove a point, i told them all at the start that it was a con, RM would find some way to cop out of paying most of the bonus (proved when we all realised it was actually only half what they said in the 1st place), then as the weeks went on the COM/DOM/Dim whatever you call them suddenly losing enthusiasm made me realise something was up and finally the rest caught up and knew they had been conned. £25 out of a possible £500 is 5% and frankly if they walked in with the cash and tried to hand it to you chances are they would be pulling it out of where i shoved it.
This company went to the press with this to try to gain favour, knowing full well it was bull, yet nobody pushes back on our behalf and we pay them to look after our interests.
Makes you wonder sometimes!

Got £191 being in a DO that what ahead of work everyday and working 8-10 hours every day xmas week (30 hour contract), got payed less than last month because tax f****d it off. Remind me why I should even bother doing more than my 6 hour shifts of LAT runs that route up to 6+ hours of driving to save the company in money from complaints ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The regular £100 Xmas bonus and the £100 employee share bonus. Anybody know when they will be paying the extra to part timers who did full time hours over Xmas? No mention of it this year and it’s normally done at the start of January
