Our manager is refusing to talk about it at all, he only said it was an ill conceived idea that should not have been implemented and he walked off shaking his head, so i guess thats a no for us then!

Or maybe it will be like the time when people were saying we wouldn’t get the payments tied to the agreement? Also your colleague shares ‘scam’ is the reason you have received double your regular Christmas bonus in the years since they were a thing.

The union has to stay ahead of prospective draconian trade union legislation by being so timid that you'd think the legislation was already in place. Err... checkmate.

I’m sure it would be if they had actually done as you say , perhaps you could enlighten me as to how exactly he saved my job. Not been on a stage warning ever , nor been subjected to disciplinary measures.
