Is there a list anywhere showing how each office did ? our manager doesn't keep us informed, we certainly didn't qualify judging by the amount of mail rolled over although all the trackeds were cleared daily, just wondering if the payment is based on what actually gets reported back, if that's the case we might get something.

Think the union should be pushing Royal Mail for every office to receive this mythical bonus . Seems totally unfair to me that some get it and some don’t when in most offices this was completely un achievable and out of our control.
should have been based on individual performance as you have more control over that

that said our office achieved it so we should get the 250 in late January according to manager

Not always. I worked with 2 agency guys a few weeks before Xmas and they missed doorstep scans and whatnot so my duty did sh*te that day. There were also two parcels that customers have claimed have gone missing and I didn't deliver them.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

This con has made some of us £250 richer though. If only all cons were so giving.

I take this was a scam, because there no mention of a payment date...

Or maybe you won’t get one if it’s a scam. Colleague shares anyone?

Or maybe it will be like the time when people were saying we wouldn’t get the payments tied to the agreement? Also your colleague shares ‘scam’ is the reason you have received double your regular Christmas bonus in the years since they were a thing.

Something else to thank the union for.

RM have had (allegedly) one of the best Christmases financially in their history, according to what I was told last week. There is clearly money there and maybe the scheme was worth it overall?
