What the hell is a “ Chief People Officer”. What a most patronising way to talk about your staff , ironic I suppose given that Royal Mail hates its staff. She will not be missed by those on the frontline I would hazard a guess.

They will go now with a big pay off a reward for running royal mail into the ground you couldnt make it corrupt from the top down what about pay offs for all the posties who would like to go loads of us want to go show us the money

Because the sold us the shoddy deal. It’s not about keeping us or the public happy, it’s about keeping the shareholders happy.

Doubt shareholders are happy or will be for quite a while - loads of parcels delivered ( except the mountain that come back everyday for the PM agency staff to deliver to wrong streets and still bring loads back left in van overnight) but last weeks mail still piled high in trays. Businesses, the public and Government will not put up with this much longer. Bigger fines incoming and whatever actions the new Labour Government take in a year or so.
Some mail from my walk actually got delivered today - first since last Wednesday !

What's even more blood boiling is that these individuals will now run off into the sunset with their vast ill gotten gains, while millions receive delayed hospital appointment letters and birthday cards. They should be punished, yet they are rewarded.

Absolutely. It's sickening. It feels like the honest, hard working person in the street is to be fed scraps, whilst the lying, cheating, back stabbing shysters with all the power, can do.whatever they like and be rewarded obscenely for the destruction they cause.....
