What is the sickness policy going forward?

I think he means you don't get paid. The second absence is 2 days unpaid, I think not 3? . 1st absence full pay. 2nd absence 2 days unpaid. 3rd absence 4 days unpaid. 4th absence and any more after that is 3 days unpaid. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's the correct rule.

Crazy stuff applying that to the majority of Delivery OPG's.

I'm honestly not sure what the people making these decisions moving forward want, other than losing the majority of their permanent workforce.

(In my poor attempt at a defence, there's been so many damn course changes or full on u-turns in the last 18months)

Regarding the sick pay conditions from the screenshots, point 4 about having to stay at home (unless for medical reasons). That is surely unreasonable and a breach of a person's human rights? If you live on your own, are you not allowed to go out and buy food, are you expected to starve?

I'd have thought it relates to injuries incurred outside of work such as playing football, mind you knowing this lot if you tripped over a kerb on delivery they'd try and say it's your fault for not looking properly.
