 Most likely a no fee, no win solicitor is just as good, as at the end of the day if they think you've a good case they'll take it on, if not tell you not to bother.
It's not always about "taking a case on" or not, but could equally be about some legal advice needed for a myriad of reasons, from matrimonial to property rights, and from Wills to tax affairs.
