Re: season hours
Surely you all as a unit refuse to do it as its a national agreement can't see how the dom can enforce it or conduct anyone.

Re: season hours
Yeah I think there are only a minority in my office who would do this. We still have people coming in early and working for free already. Even despite being made to work to our finish time.

Re: season hours
As Martin points out there is no scope in the approach for managers making it up to suit themselves, this is driven by the business.
SISO and PSP will be adjusted to reflect the national position so it simply won't work if offices try to do their own thing. It has been made clear to COMs that it is not unit led.

Re: season hours
Been told this morning that it is 24 minutes before the duty as per the national agreement. I guess that is only till March next year when start times change anyway.

Re: season hours
Apologies if this has been covered before.
I signed for a duty a while back which is a 37 hour duty but I am only on a 35 hour contract. So I work 7 hours per day and claim overtime if required on the two long days. Going forward how does seasonal hours affect me? Am I classed as part time or full time? 24 minutes extra per day or 10 minutes per day?
