The public sectors workers are all been given a 6% rise too, policemen, junior doctors and teachers, so we posties have done not bad, considering 6% rise now, on top of the 2% rise we got in April too.
True. Someone I know got an 8% pay rise last year because their company was profitable. Our company was profitable due to the pandemic and we got f**k all
We only get pay rises if we accept changes.
