Its not just Brighton its everywhere,they have lost control and they want us to vote yes

Won’t matter, the boards bonus will still be paid next year.
Payment to Shareholders is what’s required, that has not changed.
They will still get rewarded for failure.

Vote NO and strike and they wont be getting nothing,maybe we wont either but im ok with that if it stops those greedy b------s getting anything.

But those greedy b's don't need the money most posties do is that not the reason we are working.

Think it means that there has to be a balance between earnings and job satisfaction.Looking back in hindsight there was job satisfaction although didn't really realize it so much at the time.Money isn't everything though as I struggle week to week but I refuse to work my day off even though I know my duty will fail as being there 6 days a week is no good for your physical or mental health.

That raises the questions, do the directors not realise the impact of their cost based revisions on delivery offices? Or is this just a knee jerk reaction to an MP actually doing their job?

Trust with what exactly thats a vast statement,that they won't give us the pay rise or pursue the finish times they have agreed for the two years what they wanted anyway and who the hell can anyone trust our days in business.
