Why scaremongering?
They negotiated these reduced terms because they want a no vote.

Re: Alternative to voting yes.
If you read the bbc news properly it’s about workers in the London area getting 60p a hour more than the company thinks It’s entitled too. Not the whole workforce. So scare mongering at best.2yearpostie wrote: ↑18 May 2023, 17:10https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-65637493

Re: Alternative to voting yes.
People will be naïve not to think next on the hit list will be legacy payments. Now we have a two-tier workforce on inferior terms.

Re: Alternative to voting yes.
They actually got a 10% increase according to that article but the company is now saying to accept the pay cut or else you are gone. So the same outcome if it's a yes vote by this logic if ourcompany is that much of a s**t show. The workers would have every right to kick off if it was agreed on.2yearpostie wrote: ↑18 May 2023, 17:10https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-65637493

Re: Alternative to voting yes.
Very few people receive legacy payments and in my office more of those payments have gone in the past few weeks as people have taken VR.
