If you read the bbc news properly it’s about workers in the London area getting 60p a hour more than the company thinks It’s entitled too. Not the whole workforce. So scare mongering at best.

People will be naïve not to think next on the hit list will be legacy payments. Now we have a two-tier workforce on inferior terms.

They actually got a 10% increase according to that article but the company is now saying to accept the pay cut or else you are gone. So the same outcome if it's a yes vote by this logic if ourcompany is that much of a s**t show. The workers would have every right to kick off if it was agreed on.

Very few people receive legacy payments and in my office more of those payments have gone in the past few weeks as people have taken VR.
