I guess the union will now claim victory, that he will go.
Well timed to encourage the gullible that RMG will now be a better more trustworthy company and so you nice little people should all vote yes!
Everything about this dispute was engineered, he has done his job impeccably.
He's got most of what the people above him wanted. He was a pawn, just like us.
The board will try to convince us it's in the best interest of Royal Mail because of the unrest he's caused.
Why call people who will vote yes? If they've read the document and believe that is the best way to vote, then you must be the fool according to them?
What??, I did not call anyone a fool?? strange reply!
"You nice little people should all vote yes" Also using the word "Gullible"
Is that not implying that because they don't agree with you, they are all fools?
Strange reply!
OH dear do I really have to explain the obvious, If you actually read it.
I said anyone who might believe that the company would be more trustworthy after Simon Thompson has gone, would be gullible. And that the Union would claim victory and might therefore use Simon`s leaving to add to the reasons why people should vote yes. Does that clarify it for you? You seem to have read your own insecurity about voting Yes (which I assume you plan on doing) into something that was not in the least aimed at anyone voting yes.
In fact I take the opposite view from that which you accuse me, about anyone that wants to vote yes, That is to say I totally respect anyone who reads the agreement and decides that it is in their interests to vote yes. Just as equally I would expect the respect for the conclusions I come to after reading the same document. My post was a dig at the Union tactic of "spin" to get a yes vote.
Also just for information, anyone can be gullible at different times, for various reasons , but that does not make them a fool.
