And I’ll get a whopping 3.3% per year when inflation this year is over 10%. Quick Mr Ward hand me the pen where do I sign?!
In all seriousness it’s a big NO from me and Ward and his gang of clowns all need replaced over the next few months. What an absolutely disgusting kick in the teeth deal that is. Everyone involved in negotiating it should hang their heads in complete shame.
I’m now 50/50 on being a union member going forward, I just can’t financially support these corrupt idiots anymore.

CWU "Honesty has got us through this period."
what a joke, they have done nothing but lie to their members (us) from day 1. Red lines they said, white flags is what they gave us, Solidarity they said, sold down the river is what they gave us. 18 days of strikes (£1500+ lost), then they try to bribe us with £500 of course pro rata. Sack the lot of them, not one of the CWU leadership are worthy to represent us. I'd rather take my chance with administration then accept that deal.

Were you personally on strike for the 18 days find it hard to believe. Did you actually lose £1500.JohnDoe12 wrote: ↑21 Apr 2023, 21:51CWU "Honesty has got us through this period."

WOW 8 posts and arthur Scargill has reincarnated himself he must be one of these socialist worker collective postal workers united. Done with the strikes the deal is there vote YES or NO not telling anyone how to vote the details of the deal is and will effect everyone differently. The choice is yours and yours alone but for me the war is over!

Re: The deal : Business Recovery, Transformation and Growth Agreement
Still a s**t deal but it's the only one we are going to get and we could strike to Christmas everyday from now and it would not change a thing. Except we would not have a job or any agreements just agency staff doing our jobs!aiden01 wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 00:07Surprised at you mate but agree with you its over.k979aaa wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 00:04WOW 8 posts and arthur Scargill has reincarnated himself he must be one of these socialist worker collective postal workers united.
