It's clearly very complex. It's clear that allot of stuff is still happening unagreed. And I appreciate the frustrations of the silence.

At the end of the day all you have to do is sign in sign out and fill your attendance with work. You don't even have to get stressed. You don't have to care that someone's running around, someone's come in early, someone's having a fag or a coffee. It really can be simple.

Trouble is it's not that clear cut through is it.You can have 70% of your office doing everything by the book but if 30% still run round don't take breaks etc from the outside it looks like hours can be cut and they will cut them.So everyone suffers.

How are people silly other companies give out no string payrises,royal mail have changed the rules to suit,its generally just a straight forward payrise for most of the big corporations Tesco for instance have given 3 payrises from last April with no strings albeit they made obscene millions.
