WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO. I no longer care. CWU silence is poor. Only 11 shifts left for me. Good luck to all who remain.

This peculiar silence means a (poor) deal is incoming or CWU are being played. RM unfortunately get to decide which game we are playing

Under the belief that there is a confidential agreement to the talks that everyone should be aware off. If your not hearing anything then clearly they are still talking.

It's clearly very complex. It's clear that allot of stuff is still happening unagreed. And I appreciate the frustrations of the silence.

Seeing thread after thread clearly shows how much people are suffering, me too. But just take a chill pill.

At the end of the day all you have to do is sign in sign out and fill your attendance with work. You don't even have to get stressed. You don't have to care that someone's running around, someone's come in early, someone's having a fag or a coffee. It really can be simple.

Trouble is it's not that clear cut through is it.You can have 70% of your office doing everything by the book but if 30% still run round don't take breaks etc from the outside it looks like hours can be cut and they will cut them.So everyone suffers.

Well said. People need to worry about themselves, not others.
Do your hours, work at a reasonable pace, no rushing, do the job properly.
We’ve heard it a million times … and that’s because people seemingly need to be told a million times before it sinks in…

Show me where I’m wrong, your eyes are glued shut
Are you the only one that’s seen this deal ? :arrrghhh
And what deal is that?
Exactly.
It’s clear there is no deal coming if anything it’s going backwards, remember we voted for a no strings pay deal now we have the strings without the pay deal. wake up
Who voted for a no strings pay deal? If that's what someone told you they were taking the pxxs.

We did vote to strike for a no strings pay deal in the first ballot when the dispute began

Like I said, then that was being led up the garden path. Did anyone really believe that a no strings pay rise would be on the cards? Really? With all the talk on both sides of the need for change. People going on strike expecting a no strings pay rise were a little silly.

How are people silly other companies give out no string payrises, royal mail have changed the rules to suit, its generally just a straight forward payrise for most of the big corporations Tesco for instance have given 3 payrises from last April with no strings albeit they made obscene millions.

Take a look at your last line if you seriously still can't see why a no strings pay rise could not have happened.

"We did vote to strike for a no strings pay deal in the first ballot when the dispute began" like acca said...at the time RM had just made millions but decided we shouldn't have any.
