But there is one thing that the Union has and that is the live ballot.
If things were not going as jointly agreed then obviously the CWU can use that.Royal Mail cannot afford to wait another 10 weeks to go then the CWU hit with IA.It would be suicide. Revisions are already failing.I'm hearing of offices back to days of Covid with stuff piled so high.

Given all the changes are in place in our DO and OPG's who've left haven't been replaced, I can't see RM suddenly say we've got it wrong and now employing more OPG's just because our union rep feels some of the rounds are too long.

Regardless is any progress been made on our pay & T&C's or have the CWU just spent the last week discussing the joint statement, at this rate we'll be due our April 2023 pay rise before our April 2022 pay rise has been agreed!!

You say due but you had a pay rise of 2% IMPOSED on you and I in April 2022 the Whole reason of the strike was to get RM back to the table and given the mandate that we all did has done that. We are now talking about a multi year deal is it good? who knows the fact that they are talking is amazing we do have a voice and that voice is louder than bombs!
