That's true but they were told anything under 30,000 is tax free :hmmmm

Ihr is paid tax free, vr is paid tax free up to £30000 .
12 weeks Pay in lieu of notice (pilon) is taxed the same as the guys who got vr were taxed on working their 12 weeks notice .
