So not quite the 6 weeks advanced notice of shift requirements that I believe ST mentioned in proposals… although I think that was more to do with analised hours (intentional misspelling).

Re: Executive Action in offices
a deal.... don't you mean an agreement to stop executive action.
I don't see that either.... I'd put it at 3% chance that Royal Mail stop and reverse executive action.
We are going to be striking into 2024 with the way it's going.

According to Ward last week.
We need an all out strike, its blatantly obvious the union is just being ignored

I agree, just get the strike dates announced at the very least as they are ploughing ahead with EA, AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

At least now people can take kids to school instead of pick them up. Joking aside it's the worst of both worlds, rush hr traffic to and from work, not enough time to do owt before or after work. What time do the PT start at!ted_e_bear wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 14:239 bastard 30 is that some sort of piss take presumably just about the whole office is kicking off.daveyeff wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 11:33our Dom/Com/bellend/arsehole, has put our new times up today. they are:-Monday..9.30-16.41sixfoottwo wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 08:58More exec action in ours today.

Madness.

so if the E/A is not pulled i can't see our rule 13 being denied with this type of change. where is the work/life balance in that? if we ARE denied carrying out local action, are they going to bring in the status quo? anyone who is ok with this type of change are easily pleased or s**t scared to do anything about it. no wonder we got a massive yes.

Days pass with members being screwed over in many offices.

Yep that was the message I got from Ward in that vid too, more EA started today and the murmur from the screws was there is no union agreement regards this with the top brass thats why it's coming in todayyellowbelly wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 18:07Yep, that was my understanding from Dave's video the other day.aiden01 wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 17:23Thought today was deadline for ea to stop.

Have they changed your attendance patterns as well? These times don't add up to a normal 37 hour week.

I said ages ago that I reckoned that with later start times that hours in DOs would be 09:00-17:00 and everyone said it would never happen, well looks like I was rightdaveyeff wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 11:33our Dom/Com/bellend/arsehole, has put our new times up today. they are:-Monday..9.30-16.41sixfoottwo wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 08:58More exec action in ours today.

9 day fortnights, surprised they haven't tried to piss you off anymore, they'll probably announce tomorrow that they're going as well.daveyeff wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 19:24we are on 9 day fortnights. over a month it will average out at 37 hours per week. one week you work 5 days, the next week 4 days and so on.AlbertHerbertHawkins wrote: ↑27 Feb 2023, 19:09Have they changed your attendance patterns as well?
