So not quite the 6 weeks advanced notice of shift requirements that I believe ST mentioned in proposals… although I think that was more to do with analised hours (intentional misspelling).

I agree, just get the strike dates announced at the very least as they are ploughing ahead with EA, AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE and I don't mean 1 -2 day strikes either.

Walks collapsed and just been told to take another 100+ calls of the affected duty, this on top of oversize going back to walks, did I mention the walks were already unachievable before all this

Tuesday..9.30-16.41
Wednesday..9.00-16.50
Thursday..9.00=16.50
Friday..9.30-16.41.

so if the E/A is not pulled i can't see our rule 13 being denied with this type of change. where is the work/life balance in that? if we ARE denied carrying out local action, are they going to bring in the status quo? anyone who is ok with this type of change are easily pleased or s**t scared to do anything about it. no wonder we got a massive yes.

Yep that was the message I got from Ward in that vid too, more EA started today and the murmur from the screws was there is no union agreement regards this with the top brass thats why it's coming in today

Mon 6.50-14.50 Tues 6.30-14.30 Wed 6.20-15.00 Thurs 6.20-15.00 Fri 6.45-15.00 Sat 6.15-14.00.

Have they changed your attendance patterns as well? These times don't add up to a normal 37 hour week.

I currently work 4 nights Monday to Thursday 37 hours, been told I've got to do 5 nights 37 hours . Not happy losing my Friday night off. I work in the mail centre.

we are on 9 day fortnights. over a month it will average out at 37 hours per week. one week you work 5 days, the next week 4 days and so on.

I said ages ago that I reckoned that with later start times that hours in DOs would be 09:00-17:00 and everyone said it would never happen, well looks like I was right

9 day fortnights, surprised they haven't tried to piss you off anymore, they'll probably announce tomorrow that they're going as well.
