Walks collapsed and just been told to take another 100+ calls of the affected duty, this on top of oversize going back to walks, did I mention the walks were already unachievable before all this

our Dom/Com/bellend/arsehole, has put our new times up today. they are:-Monday..9.30-16.41
Tuesday..9.30-16.41
Wednesday..9.00-16.50
Thursday..9.00=16.50
Friday..9.30-16.41.
Saturday..8.30-15.41
so if the E/A is not pulled i can't see our rule 13 being denied with this type of change. where is the work/life balance in that? if we ARE denied carrying out local action, are they going to bring in the status quo? anyone who is ok with this type of change are easily pleased or s**t scared to do anything about it. no wonder we got a massive yes.

What were the normal start and finish times before on deliveries?

in our office they were Monday..6.50-14.50 Tues..6.30-14.30 Wed..6.20-15.00 Thurs..6.20-15.00 Fri.. 6.45-15.00 Sat..6.15-1400.

Does your office have any SA duties? Most in mine are between 2.30/3 until 6 ish?
Would the SA holder have to give them up?

I think a lot of this change is to force people out of the door.

It stands to reason when new entrants are on 20% less pay, RM will use any tactic they can to get the old brigade out and save money in the process.

A sad state of affairs really, but the union have been weak for too long, the last strike was over two months ago now, anybody outside would think the dispute is over.

well as i have said in another post there was 10 people took the redundancy on offer. they leave end of March, but RM aren't happy with that....they want another 4 duties scrapped and carved up into lapsing....and another 200 hours out the office. its plain to see why Thompson hasn't been sacked...he was brought in to be a ''hatchet man'' plain and simple. Williams and the board must've give him full approval.

no there's none in our office now....there used to be but not now. all we have is a few P/Ts on LATs

Well the revision went well today, brought 1 walk back today but was told the priority was tracked/parcels, past caring to be honest so made sure all parcels were done then brought the mail back as time was up.

just got this on the whatsapp union group from area rep.... Find out either Tuesday or Wednesday from CWU HQ after they meet with the chairman, either we will have a deal or we keep on striking.
