Dont worry Lou you get used to it, just keep putting your point across as its a valid as anyones and as TBT says just report anyone with an extreme view either way.TrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑18 Feb 2023, 07:49I am only 1 person and I cannot read every post its impossible.LouBarlow wrote: ↑17 Feb 2023, 19:41That is all well and good, but the rule about labelling anyone questioning the union as ‘managers’ isn’t being adhered to or moderated. Either it is a rule or it isn’t.TrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑17 Feb 2023, 15:19Personal attacks, and ones that quoted them have been deleted.
Please play the ball, not the man. It keeps dragging the site down and is making us a laughingstock.
I have supported every strike since I started at RM but I'd much rather have a strike breaker post on here as long as they do it with respect and within the rules, than some of the stalwarts of the strikes who think because they support the strike they can say anything they want.
Please follow the rules, if you can't don't post.
I’ve never crossed a picket line, in my 20 years of service, but copping s**t on here, for ‘daring’ to suggest that the strikes thus far have been pointless, makes me more likely to ignore any future action. I have stated my reasoning for my criticism of the union’s tactics thus far, and rather than have a debate, or a back and forth, you get idiots retorting with ‘must be management’ and nothing is done.
Either enforce the rules or allow me to respond in kind to these attacks.
Thanks.
If you think a post breaks the rules then report it. It's the exclamation mark in the top right of every post on the forum.
Hopefully both parties are reading this forum and will agree changes and pay award is now needed to be settled while we still have a job to do.
