Won’t bother me as I don’t strike but will be interesting if the union goes for 4/5 day strikes. Not sure the odd day here and there will do much.

I'm in a difficult financial situation and the last thing I want to do is waste money and hope that it can work out.
the company will surely not bend if it did not bend to the Christmas holidays.
If you don't have a family, you can go on strike as long as you want.

Exactly why I didnt vote, both sides are as bad as each other, the union need dismantling because they are useless and wont comprise, the board need dismantling because they wont open themselves up to other ideas other than 'DPD do it'.
