Send a copy of the poster to the select committee, as it shows another way the company is deceiving the customers and falsifying the data :dance

Not much you can do if they overload you. Just take it back and deliver it the next day.

The correct procedure is

indoor>undelivered>delivery not attempted

Inaccessible is used though as the above effects their performance figures (bonus), inaccessible doesn’t.
