Not to worry you'll have more doorstep collections to pick up then won't you, make sure they
only give you one parcel per address though, wouldn't want them to set you off ....

For me, 1 collection per address fine.
prefer ready to go in a safeplace.

Dont like multi items on door step, no one in when we bring labels, i post them the labels and leave them on the doorstep.

wouldnt want to get into a situation where we are collecting from over 25% of the walk though as our vans just couldnt take that amount of stuff.

I'm not surprised the turnout wasn't as high, some addresses I deliver to received at least 3 leaflets asking to vote yes before I'd even seen a ballot paper for them

Obviously this is still a long way from being settled and it could still end badly for us,hopefully not,but I will take great pleasure in going into work tomorrow and telling my manager who was so confident in Thompson and his team getting what they wanted and who has been working tirelessly to ram the revision through to get brownie points off the area manager that he may have picked the losing side and the delivery staff in my office are not going to forget about the way they have been treated

Ah 2yr is back on the fishing trips again, lucky enough there is still enough employment law to stop the Slyman from just handing out P45s willy nilly without it costing them a lot of money, court cases and some really bad publicity. For a company which investors are maybe starting to lose confidence in they need to tread carefully. Unless you know something we don't?

A one week per month walkout would lose the company untold customers. Better, in my opinion than one or two days per week where customers can reschedule their business around our strike days. And we would lose 5 days pay per month maximum.
