I voted yes but I don't intend to strike again.
I'm in a difficult financial situation and the last thing I want to do is waste money and hope that it can work out.
the company will surely not bend if it did not bend to the Christmas holidays.
If you don't have a family, you can go on strike as long as you want.

I've been on strike with you all autumn, but I can't take it anymore.
I am 33 years old and this is my last chance to try to change something in my life because the company has betrayed my trust.
The money will be useful for me to take additional courses so that I can find a better job.
If the company didn't do anything about our strikes during Christmas, it won't do anything now.
in the country I come from, we strike for weeks, not 1-2 days a week, because such a thing will not hurt the employer.

I work part time I have enough earnings like £200 because I have a family to feed, if you are so rich I will go on strike and you can send me the missing money ok?

I will give my answer to this as I am one of those who did not vote.
I’m not in agreement with the way that RM have conducted themselves but the ballot paper asked if I’m willing to strike. I am not willing to strike so couldn’t vote yes. A no vote would indicate that I agree with the RM’s strategy.
I was hoping for a wider range of IA.

Theyve already annouced any more strike action and not onlt is the offer not affordable they will have to look at other options, I really cant afford to be out of work,even poor work, so a comprise without striking is needed.

That's it we've won! No large parcels on walks, fittings all put back together as they were, no lapsing, free bacon butties before we go out, comfortable uniform and shoes,friendly approachable managers that care about our welfare, all by the time we get to work in the morning oh and an extra £40 a week back dated for 12 months

Not to worry you'll have more doorstep collections to pick up then won't you, make sure they
only give you one parcel per address though, wouldn't want them to set you off ....

For me, 1 collection per address fine.
prefer ready to go in a safeplace.

Dont like multi items on door step, no one in when we bring labels, i post them the labels and leave them on the doorstep.

wouldnt want to get into a situation where we are collecting from over 25% of the walk though as our vans just couldnt take that amount of stuff.
